Esin Esen

Esin Esen is a certified Revenue Manager with a strong background in revenue strategy, pricing optimization, and market analysis. She holds a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Bilkent University, which laid the foundation for her career in hospitality.

Esin has held key roles across renowned Marriott properties, including JW Marriott Istanbul Bosphorus, The Bodrum EDITION, Sheraton Ankara, and Adahan DeCamondo Pera – Autograph Collection. With experience spanning front office, reservations, and revenue management, she brings a comprehensive understanding of both operational and strategic hotel functions. Her expertise extends to pre-opening projects, where she has successfully led system integration, demand forecasting, and inventory strategy implementation.

Currently overseeing Revenue and Reservations at Lokalist Istanbul, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Esin leverages her expertise in Marriott revenue systems, inventory management, and strategic planning to maximize profitability and optimize market positioning.
