Our scope of work includes all steps of hotel pre-opening services, as well as ongoing hotel and hospitality management (including international hospitality management) and operations services such as
- Annual Business Plan Preparation & Seeking Owner’s Approval
- Ongoing Recruitment and Trainings
- Running monhtly budget review meetings and taking necessary actions
- Ensuring hotel’s compliance with brand standards
- Reaching and exceeding brand’s required guest satisfaction scores
- Apraisal of hotel level executives’ performances and supporting employee engagement
- Staying as liaison office between franchisor (hotel company) and franchisee (owner company)
- Identifying areas for improvement related with revenue generation, operational efficiency as well as service standards
