Kerem Aylanç graduated from the Computer Engineering Department at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University.
He began his career as an IT Specialist at Lokalist Istanbul, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, and in 2025, he joined the Access Hospitality team as an Information Technology Consultant. He continues his career by specializing in IT solutions and digital infrastructure management in the hospitality industry.
