The franchise agreement to bring Marriott’s rising Delta Hotels by Marriott to Karakoy’s Bankalar Caddesi was signed between Marriott International and Kemal Tokatlılar, Chairman of Vero Turizm Yatirimlari A.S. The project, signed under the consultancy of Access Hospitality, is expected to open its doors to guests in early 2025, breathing new life into the area in the upper-upscale hotel category.
