Şule Şamlı graduated from Boğaziçi University with a bachelor of arts degree in business administration and began her career in marketing as a Product Manager under the partnership between Procter & Gamble and Eczacıbaşı. After serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at Eczacıbaşı İlaç and later on as Marketing Director at Danone, she joined Eti Foods in 2001 as the Vice President of Marketing. During her 15 years in this role, her marketing strategies helped grow Eti Foods’ revenue from 100m USD to 1bn USD and make Eti the market leader with 42% market share. Şamlı completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard University in 2010. She continues to work as an independent marketing consultant since 2016, with notable clients including Pronet, Sütaş, Pınar Et, Mey, Algida, Unilever and Seraf Restaurant.
