Cagla Ozdoğan
Cagla Ozdogan is graduate of Bosphorus University Tourism and Hotel Management Department.
She has over 25 years of business background, first 5 years in hospitality industry as Banqueting Manager and going foreward in Demand Planning, Marketing, Communications and HR. She was Director of Marketing in Avon Cosmetics. She has set up the Marketing Department of Oriflame Cosmetics in Turkey, which generated strong turn around of business for the company in the region.
Starting from January 2016, she joined Access Hospitality, primarily taking care of HR related services such as recruitment, organizational structure reviews, personnel engagement study surveys, performance management system implementation. She is also acting as Project Manager for feasibility studies. Cagla Ozdogan is an Erickson certified coach and her mission is to improve teams’ performance.
