The agreement marks the introduction of the Tribute Portfolio from Marriott in Turkey, and further expands the Autograph Collection Hotels, The Luxury Collection and AC Hotels brands throughout the country.
The agreement includes six adaptive reuse and conversion projects in vibrant areas of Istanbul and Izmir. Close to the city’s embassies and museums, Adahan DeCamondo Pera, Autograph Collection opened in April 2022. DeCamondo Galata, Istanbul, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel comprised of three historic buildings is also slated to open in 2022. AC by Marriott Istanbul Old Town and two Luxury Collection properties, Legacy Ottoman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Istanbul and Sansaryan Han, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Istanbul, are expected to open in 2023. The newly built AC by Marriott Izmir Karşıyaka will be situated on the coastline of Izmir and is slated to open in 2022.
